This trip is intended to permit people to go and view the passion play of Oberammergau at a remarkably cheap cost. The price is £365 including accommodation, flight, two nights full board in Oberammergau, and ticket to see the passion play with text in English.
The Oberammergau Passion Play is one of the wonders of the world. Those who have seen it speak of the tremendous spiritual power that is transmitted. Those who see it will experience the Passion of our Lord in a unique way, confirming their faith, renewing their faith. It is something, I believe, that any Christian can aspire to experience once in his or her lifetime.
Those who come will experience the great charm of this village in the midst of green pastures and alpine peeks plus the greatest Passion play on earth. We will travel on Monday 12 July, arriving in the early afternoon at our accommodation, have a free morning on the Tuesday 13th with the play starting in the afternoon and proceeding with a break for supper through to the evening. Then on Wednesday 14th we will start back after lunch. For those who want to stay longer elsewhere (Innsbruck is quite near and a lovely place to visit) that can also be arranged.
